An opportunity has arisen for a part time Home Care Organiser for Mull & the Isles
This post is responsible for delivering the service assessed as required to each client. This can be a challenging role that requires good problem solving and clear communication skills with an attention to detail.
Looking for an individual with a positive outlook who is able to establish good professional relationships through collaborative interagency working.
At times, the role does include responding to crisis situations so is essential applicants have resilience, initiative, and with support of the team, can deal with difficult and pressurised circumstances.
Working pattern is negotiable based on the needs of the applicant and the service.
There is also some flexibility in remote working for aspects of the role.
