About the Role
Due to the internal promotion of our colleague, this amazing opportunity has become available. We’re looking for an exceptional leader to lead our dedicated teams in delivering excellent services across our portfolio of around 3500 homes. In this pivotal role, you’ll steer the strategic direction of our service delivery plan, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will also identify opportunities for investment and improvement, driving our purpose to provide outstanding support to our customers.
This permanent and full time role offers flexibility, with the option to be based at any of our main offices in Wolverhampton, Tewskesbury, Lichfield or Chipping Sodbury. Regular travel travel across our geography will be required. .

What You'll Bring
We're looking for a seasoned professional with demonstrable experience in leading supported housing or retirement portfolio within a high performing housing association or similar organisation.
You will need:
* Strategic Experience: Experience of operating at a strategic level with a focus on engaging stakeholders and driving improvements
* Customer Focus: Proven ability achieve the best outcomes for customers, commissioners, and the business while delivering change
* Financial Acumen: Ability to understand and deliver against financial models and budgets, assess and manage risk, and use data and insight to drive intelligent decision-making
* Communication Skills: Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to communicate concepts clearly to diverse audiences
* Qualifications: Ideally hold a housing-based qualification
* Driving: Able to drive and have a full UK driving licence
An enhanced DBS check is required
