As a Field Care Supervisor, You’ll support a team of care assistants in the community to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable adults in in their own homes. Responsible for supervising staff, new client assessments, spot checks, medication audits and mentoring newcomers, the Field Care Supervisor role is key to the company’s success in delivering the best quality service.

As a Field Care Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of care while enjoying a range of rewarding responsibilities:
* Assessing the unique needs of new clients and conducting comprehensive risk assessments.
* Providing practical training to new Care Assistants directly in clients' homes, ensuring they are equipped with the skills to excel.
* Spot Checks and Medication Audits
* Stepping in to cover care visits when necessary, guaranteeing continuity and exceptional care for your clients.
* Taking part on the on-call rota
What we’re looking for:
* QCF 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (Level 3 preferred), demonstrating your expertise in the field.
* Experience in domiciliary care provision, coupled with at least one year of supervisory experience, showcasing your ability to lead and inspire a team.
* Good English language skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to be flexible as the role demands
