Lincoln Healthcare Group are seeking female complex care support workers to join an established team in Newcastle upon Tyne.
Applicants must have a valid UK full driving licence and access to vehicle for this role.

Supporting all aspects of daily living we are looking to recruit experienced workers with background awareness of domiciliary and complex home care.
Working on a 2:1 &1:1 basis the shift patterns are variable with the opportunity for extra hours covering annual leave etc within the team.
The role involves either visiting a range of clients across the day- with shifts ranging from 1 hour in duration right up to full day shifts in one location.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

Desirable requirements.
* Flexibility to work within a team providing 24/7 support.
* Minimum of 6 months paid UK care experience (In the past 3 years)
* NVQ Level 2 qualification in Adult Social Care or willing to complete the full Care Certificate during induction period (3 months)
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly and caring personality.
