We are seeking candidates for a Family Support Worker post with the Parent & Family Support Team. This post will focus on working with the families of children/young people with Neurodevelopmental Difficulties, specifically Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), who attend our local primary and secondary support provisions.
Candidates will be able to demonstrate relevant professional learning and direct experience of working with children / young people who have neurodevelopmental difficulties, specifically ASD, and their families.
