As a Families First Advice Line Advisor, you will:
Be the first point of contact for families seeking Early Help support.
Carry out Wellbeing Assessments to identify family strengths and areas where support is needed.
Work within a preventative framework, ensuring families receive the right help at the right time.
Collaborate with multi-agency partners to provide advice and referrals where appropriate.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvements.What We're Looking For
Experience working with children, young people, or families in a support/advisory role.
Strong communication and assessment skills.
Knowledge of Early Help services and safeguarding principles.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact in the community while developing their career in family support services.
