What You'll Be Doing:
As an Early Year Practitioner, you’ll be a vital part of our children’s centre, helping to nurture and develop the youngest members of our community. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, includes:
* Creative Play: Designing and leading engaging, age-appropriate activities that stimulate learning and development through play.
* Learning Adventures: Supporting the educational journey of children through fun, interactive lessons and activities that inspire a love of learning.
* Care & Support: Providing a safe, nurturing environment where children feel loved, valued, and confident to explore the world around them.
* Team Collaboration: Working closely with a team of passionate educators to plan and deliver high-quality early years education.
* Parent Partnerships: Building strong, positive relationships with parents and caregivers, keeping them informed and involved in their child’s development.
* Growth & Development: Monitoring and recording children’s progress, celebrating their milestones, and tailoring activities to their individual needs.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualification: A minimum of Level 2 Childcare qualification – because quality care starts with knowledgeable professionals.
* Passion & Enthusiasm: A genuine love for working with young children and a desire to make every day exciting and educational.
* Creativity: An imaginative mind to create fun, engaging, and educational activities that captivate young learners.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to connect with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Patience & Positivity: The ability to remain patient, calm, and positive, even on the busiest of days.
