DK Recruitment are partnering with a dedicated mental health charity in Bristol, and they believe that lived experience is one of the most powerful tools in supporting those navigating the early stages of psychosis. They’re looking for an Early Intervention Worker who has been through psychosis themselves, received support from an Early Intervention Team, and has been out of the service for at least two years.

What you’ll do
Work directly with individuals experiencing early psychosis, offering encouragement, understanding, and practical support.
Share your personal journey in a way that inspires hope and empowers others.
Help people build confidence, develop coping strategies, and reconnect with their communities.
Work alongside mental health professionals, bringing your unique perspective to shape better support services. What we’re looking for
Lived experience of psychosis and support from an Early Intervention Team (you must have been out of the service for at least two years).
A deep understanding of the challenges and the recovery journey, with a desire to help others find their own way through.
Compassion, patience, and the ability to build trusting relationships.
The confidence to work as part of a team while also taking initiative.
No formal qualifications needed – just your experience, empathy, and willingness to learn. What we offer
