Horizon Care and Education have an opportunity in our homes across the West Midlands for a Deputy Manager to join our team in upholding our standards of care, fostering growth, and inspiring positive change.

Responsibilities:
Work with the Residential Manager, ensuring the home aligns with our values and standards in their absence.
Provide guidance and leadership to the team, aiding in their professional development and individual growth.
Oversee colleague management, including appraisals, supervision and training adherence.
Manage health and safety protocols, risk assessments and ensure all necessary training is completed.

Upholding professional Care PracticesQualifications and Experience:
We require a Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce qualification for this role.
You will need at least 1 years' experience of Senior Support Work in a Childrens Residential setting.Skills and Attributes:

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Sound decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
