Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours- predominately Monday- Friday
Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role
As the Deputy Manager, you will:
Support and deputise for the Home Manager, providing leadership to nursing and care colleagues.
Ensure high standards of care delivery, with a focus on residents with complex needs.
Maintain the highest levels of governance and compliance, conforming to all current guidelines.
Lead on audits and ensure continuous improvement across all practices and procedures.
