Deputy Manager – Banham Permanent, Part Time

I am proud to be working with an excellent Domiciliary and Live-In Care provider in Banham, Norfolk. They are looking for someone ambitious to join their growing business, who might be interested in taking the Registered Manager position one day.
 
What’s on Offer:

£28,000-£30,000.
30 days annual leave.
On call is paid extra.
Progression opportunities. 
Deputy Manager Responsibilities:

To have overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the service, reporting to the Director.
To continually support and monitor the development of care workers.
To support with the recruitment and onboarding process.
To support with maintaining the branch’s compliance.
To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards. 
Deputy Manager Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager in Domiciliary/Live-In/Support Living Care.
Must have achieved or be actively working toward a Level 3/5 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
Must have a UK driving licence.
