Position: CLINICAL DEPUTY MANAGER
Location: HALESOWEN, WEST MIDLANDS
Salary: £(phone number removed) PER ANNUM
Hours: 37.5 HOURS – FULL TIME

This is a great opportunity for a qualified Nurse who has previous experience as a Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead / Senior Nurse, supporting Elderly client groups.
Skills and qualifications:
· You will have an active NMC
· An understanding of CQC regulations
· Recent and significant experience of working in a similar care setting
· Experience of managing an effective team by supervising, mentoring and coaching
· Ability to organise and make decisions both clinical and professional
· Ability to effectively deal with crises/emergencies
