We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the operations of our home care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home care management, and a passion for providing high-quality care
*Responsibilities*
* Manage the day-to day operations of the home care, ensuring compliance with COC regulatory standards
* Develop and implement care plans with a focus on dementia care
* Supervise and support a team of care staff
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and to coordinate staff
*Qualifications
* As a CQC registered manager you will be responsible to over see the day to day activities of our care services and must ensure that they meet with the CQC regulatory requirements.
* Proven experience in a leadership role within a home care or similar setting
