The Role:
We are seeking a passionate Registered Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the social care industry and a desire to help us expand our services.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth running of the service.
* Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask.
* Work effectively as part of a team Ensure the delivery of high-quality, responsive, and person-centred services that meet the assessed needs of customers, supporting them to live positive, independent lives.

Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience In:
* Overseeing CQC regulated services (NVQ Level 5).
* Working with adults and children with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and complex needs.
* Previous experience in community care, supported living and/or care home environments desirable.
* Leading teams in a supervisory role.
* Working under pressure using initiative in a professional manner.
* Leading a team and organizing, prioritizing, and completing tasks within timescales.
* Excellent people management skills, including the ability to communicate appropriately with service users, families, and professionals in line with confidentiality policies.
