We're seeking a dynamic Complex Care Service Manager to join our established team in Wolverhampton. You'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to individuals with complex needs, enabling them to thrive in their own homes
What You'll Do:
Lead with Compassion: Oversee the delivery of high-quality care, ensuring the well-being of our service users.
Develop and Empower: Mentor and support a team of dedicated care professionals, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Ensure Excellence: Maintain the highest standards of care, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Effective Management: Manage complex care packages, including risk assessments and care planning.
Strong Communication: Build strong relationships with service users, families, and healthcare professionals.
Administrative Proficiency: Efficiently manage administrative tasks, including record-keeping and reporting.
What You'll Need:
Proven Experience: Previous experience in complex care, ideally within a home care setting.
Qualifications: Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
Clinical Expertise: Knowledge of complex care needs, such as tracheostomy, ventilation, bowel care, and PEG feeding.
Leadership Skills: The ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Reliable Transport: A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
