About the Role:

From helping clients with tasks like washing and styling their hair to offering emotional and practical assistance, this role focuses on empowering people to thrive. With minimal personal care required, you’ll spend at least one hour per visit, ensuring you can provide the quality support every client deserves.

* Location: York
* Position: Community Care Assistant
* Competitive pay: £12.44 per hour
* Mileage reimbursement: 45p per mile
* Paid breaks: Included based on shift length
* Flexible schedules: Choose from full-time or part-time positions

* Work-life balance: Shifts operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with availability required every other weekend
What We’re Looking For:
* Female drivers only: To balance our existing team composition
* No experience required: While previous qualifications such as a Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care are a bonus, full training will be provided for the right candidates
