Join Our Team – Children and Young People Support Workers
First Call Healthcare Bespoke is looking to recruit Children and Young People Support Workers to provide exceptional care and support to young people with a wide range of complex needs. This includes behavioural issues, challenging behaviour, drug and alcohol misuse, sexual exploitation, and various forms of abuse.
Your Role
As a Children and Young People Support Worker, you will:
✔ Provide high-quality care in line with individual care plans
✔ Promote independence and support daily living skills
✔ Carry out domestic duties as required
✔ Escort young people to appointments and community activities
✔ Assist with money management
✔ Liaise with multi-disciplinary professionals
✔ Ensure all documentation is completed accurately
✔ Have knowledge of EDT procedures and follow protocols when contacting them
✔ Undertake any additional duties as required
What We’re Looking For
✅ Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role
✅ NVQ Level 3 (or working towards it) in Health & Social Care
✅ UK driving licence & business insurance (desirable)
