Job Title: Childrens Support Worker
Location: West Midlands and Surrounding Areas
Pay Rate: GBP15 to GBP20 an hour

Job Description:
We are looking for a caring and dedicated Childrens Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential setting. You will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure the safety, well-being, and development of each child in your care.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide day-to-day care and emotional support to children and young people.
· Assist with daily routines, including meals and activities.
· Support children in their educational, social, and recreational activities.
· Implement individual care plans and work towards set goals for each child.
· Promote a positive, nurturing environment that encourages growth and development.
· Liaise with families, schools, and other professionals involved in the childs care.
· Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with organisational policies.
· Respond to challenging behaviour in a calm and constructive manner.
Qualifications:
· Experience working with children or young people, preferably in a residential or social care setting.
· Relevant qualifications in childcare, social care, or a related field (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce).
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
· A compassionate, patient, and resilient nature.
· Understanding of safeguarding practices and procedures.
· Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
