Elderly Nursing Home in Edwinstowe, Nottinghamshire
£15.45 per hour plus incentives
36-48 hours per week (day duty: 07:00 – 19:00 – to include alternative weekends and on call weekend rota)
Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Care Team Leader to join a fantastic elderly nursing home in Edwinstowe, Nottinghamshire.
Package for the Care Team Leader but not limited to:
* £15.45 per hour plus incentives
* 36-48 hours per week
* Day duty
* Shift pattern: 07:00 – 19:00 (days)
* Alternative weekends plus on call weekend rota

Care Team Leader requirements:
* Must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
* Minimum of one years’ experience in residential / nursing home setting.
* Awareness of the principles of Person-Centred Care Planning.
* Full Driving Licence.
* To ensure knowledge is gained to demonstrate a good understanding of the prevention of abuse of vulnerable adults, recognition of the signs of abuse and procedures to follow in the event of an allegation of abuse.
* Satisfactory Care Character Assessment
* Live within 30 minutes of the home.
