Care Home Manager – Walsall

Your Role:
As the Care Home Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the care home. Key responsibilities include:
Leading a team to deliver outstanding care services tailored to the needs of each resident.
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of care.
Managing and developing care plans for residents, ensuring they are both effective and person-centred.
Supporting staff development through training and continuous improvement.
Collaborating with families, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes for residents.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a healthcare or care home setting.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
A strong understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
The ability to work collaboratively with a team.
A deep sense of empathy, patience, and a commitment to delivering the best care possible.
Relevant healthcare qualifications.
