We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as Care Home Manager in Gateshead. Key Responsibilities
* Provide overall leadership and management of the care home
* Ensure high-quality, person-centered care for all residents
* Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and care standards
* Manage staffing, budgets, and resources effectively
* Foster a positive and supportive work environment
Essential Requirements
* Current NMC registration with an active PIN
* Significant experience in care home management (Ideally 2 years)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Passion for delivering exceptional care to older adults
