Halcyon Health and Social Care are exclusively partnering with a leading therapeutic care provider dedicated to supporting children and young people in high-quality residential settings. They are seeking a compassionate and highly organised Care Coordinator to oversee and enhance children’s residential services across Bristol.
This provider takes a trauma-informed approach, integrating therapeutic care, structured support plans, and personalised development programmes to ensure children receive consistent, high-quality care. Their homes are safe, nurturing environments where young people can heal, develop life skills, and move towards a positive future.
As a Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in scheduling, quality monitoring, and supporting staff teams to ensure excellent care delivery for vulnerable children.
