They are seeking an organised and proactive Care Coordinator to oversee home care services across Bristol.
This provider is renowned for its high-quality care, offering tailored support plans, companionship services, and specialised dementia care. They believe in matching service users with carers who truly understand their needs, ensuring a personalised and consistent approach to care.
As a Care Coordinator, you will:
✔ Manage and coordinate care schedules, ensuring service users receive the right support at the right time.
✔ Work closely with families, carers, and external professionals, ensuring the highest quality of care delivery.
✔ Support the recruitment and training of care staff, ensuring they meet company and CQC standards.
✔ Monitor care quality, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding policies.
