We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic and dedicated individual who is solution focused and will use their initiative, experience and skills to support the Housing Operations Co-ordinator to manage a local housing team and help us provide an excellent front line housing management service with a focus on tenancy sustainment and estate management. 

You will be based in our East Team.

As a minimum you will have the Chartered Institute of Housing Level 4 qualification or an equivalent level qualification in a relevant subject.  Significant experience within a housing role may be considered as an alternative.
