We want to make sure each individual can pursue the interests they most enjoy and that means you'll have a real impact on our residents' lives. The Activities Assistant role involves helping us to deliver an entertainment and activities programme that covers a wide range of pastimes, social activities, outings and events. Put simply, you'll help every resident to live as independently as possible and enhance their involvement with their family, friends and the local community.

You'll also need to have that little extra something a real interest in the people we support. Enthusiastic and empathetic, you're someone who'll really enjoy helping our residents to live their lives to the full. Bring us all of that, and you'll have every opportunity to develop your skills further with a range of courses designed to build your confidence in every aspect of your role.
