Webwatch: New website for the Northern Ireland Degree in Social Work Partnership

The Northern Ireland Degree in Social Work Partnership (NIDSWP) has launched their new website.

The Degree Partnership aims to ensure regional consistency in the development and delivery of agreed aspects of the Degree in Social Work in line with Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC) standards.

The NIDSWP is an unincorporated association of education institutions and employing agencies – statutory and voluntary. Its main purpose is to ensure regional consistency in the development and delivery of agreed aspects of the Degree in Social Work in line with NISCC standards.

The Partnership is accountable to the NISCC and reports to it on any aspect of course provision, including collaborative arrangements, resources, curriculum content and delivery arrangements, practice learning, future plans, evaluation and statistics.

In consultation and collaboration with NISCC, the Partnership, in exercising its operational role in continuous improvement of course delivery, contributes to the review and development of course provision together with key stakeholders.
