Review: Quality of life and care for older people in residential care in Wales
The Older People’s Commissioner for Wales, Sarah Rochira, is encouraging care sector contributions to a review of the quality of life and care for older people in residential and nursing home care.
The commissioner has undertaken this review as a follow-up to the report entitled A Place To Call Home from 2014.
In the report, the commissioner asked for a number of requirements for action for public bodies – and this review aims to gather best practice from a number of sources across the care sector in Wales.
