Journal: Relationship between general practice and adult social care

The Health Services Management Centre (HSMC) at the University of Birmingham has edited a special edition of the Journal of Integrated Care exploring the crucial relationship between general practice and adult social care.

This special edition builds on a scoping literature review carried out by HSMC for the School for Social Care Research and a current project developing interprofessional development resources funded by the West Midlands Academic Health Science Network.
