Video: Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Integration

From April 2016 adult health and social care services will be delivered by a partnership between Aberdeenshire Council and NHS Grampian. The aim of this integration is to provide a seamless service for patients and their families.

The views given at local events helped shape the Strategic Plan. This plan set out the priorities of the new partnership to ensure high quality person centred care is provided and health and wellbeing improvements are achieved in Aberdeenshire.
