Foster Care Review Final Report – Scotland

The Foster Care Review was established by the Scottish Government to assess a range of potential reforms, and provide direction on a number of policy questions. The proposals (and issues) put to the Review related to three specific areas of fostering: (a) the organisation and management of foster carers; (b) carers’ learning and development; and (c) the financial and practical support offered to carers.
