Good Practice Handbook for Colleges on Supporting Students with Learning Disabilities and Autism into Work

This handbook is for colleges that want to improve the employment chances of their students who have learning disabilities and autism.

Currently, the number of adults with learning disabilities who are in work is very low. There are many reasons for this that we talk about in the handbook.

We also look at two models that are currently operating in Scotland and achieving measures of success in this area: Project SEARCH and Transition to Employment.
