The Role of the Registered Social Worker in Statutory Interventions: Guidance for Local Authorities
This guidance is designed to ensure the best possible use of the valuable resource provided by registered social workers in delivering better outcomes for people and communities in Scotland where statutory intervention is required. It complements the body of guidance developed under Changing Lives to ensure the delivery of safe, accountable and effective social work practice, and should be taken forward in conjunction with the Guidance on the Role of the Chief Social Work Officer and the Practice Governance Framework for Social Work Services.
