Evaluation of the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000 Part 4 – Research Finding

Part 4 of the Adults with Incapacity Act enables managers of authorised establishments to manage the finances of residents incapable of managing them themselves. The study examined users’ experience of Part 4 and explored its effectiveness, uptake and benefits for residents.
