SSSC issue ‘Challenge’ for contributors to social work degree

Do you have ideas about how the social work degree can best deliver social workers who are fit for practice in the 21 century and become lifelong learners?

If so, the Scottish Social Service Council (SSSC) want to hear your ideas in a project they’re calling the SSSC Challenge.

The SSSC are looking for ideas about:

  •     the relevance and the delivery of the social work degree
  •     how learning for practise is provided
  •     how we might best approach post qualifying learning.

What’s the SSSC Challenge all about?

The SSSC are responsible for the approval & quality assurance of the social work degree and they want to be sure that the degree can meet the challenges of the future.

The SSSC Challenge is to share your thoughts about what would make a difference. You can contribute your ideas on the website when the SSSC Challenge opens at 7am on Friday 18 July.

Once you’ve created an account you can, you can submit ideas, vote on existing ideas, or add comments.
