Detectives investigating the alleged abuse of children at the Rocking Horse Nursery in Nottinghamshire have made an arrest over an allegation of sexual assault, police said.
 

Surrey County Council has closed 500 children’s social services cases so that it can focus on the most vulnerable children and young people.
