Cardiff researchers seek workforce input for care home ideas project

Cardiff University are looking at new ideas for research to improve life and healthcare for those living in care homes.

However, they need the input of people who have direct experience of providing care to make sure we are addressing the right questions to help achieve this.

The research team have recently launched a Research Priority Setting in Care Homes project, which aims to identify the top unanswered questions about caring for residents that research is needed to address.

A number of very interesting areas that may benefit from more research have been identified by those who took part in the previous survey, from safe staffing levels to improving quality of life for residents with dementia. Cardiff University would now like your help to put the research topics in order of importance.

This is the final survey to gain agreement and researchers would like your help to decide the top 10 most important topics. They are asking you to rank the topics by importance, from the number 1 priority to you down to the number 10 priority.
