Care Council for Wales seek workforce feedback

The Care Council for Wales (CCW) are asking for the workforce to give their opinion on their work in a new online survey.

The CCW are looking for input to help shape their next three-year strategy and this is an opportunity to influence what goes into it.

They would like to hear your opinions of their products and services, where they’re doing well and areas they might need to improve.

In particular, they would like you to tell them:

•     What you value most about what they do and how they work
•     What you’d like them to do differently or to start doing
•     Where you see they can make the best contribution to planning, developing and regulating the social care workforce of the future.

To give your views, all you need to do is fill in a short, confidential questionnaire online. All responses will be analysed by an independent company, called Transformation Partners Limited, and it will not be possible to identify where any comments have come from.
