Welsh Inspectorate launches YouTube channel

The Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW) have developed a new YouTube channel designed to keep everyone up-to-date on sector developments.

The latest video outlines who the CSSIW are, which care services they inspect, how you can report a concern and how you can get involved with their work.
