Care Inspectorate launch Excellence in Care short films

The Care Inspectorate has announced some changes to the way they inspect care services in Scotland.

The changes have been informed by a widespread consultation with a broad range of partners and stakeholders, including providers and service users, and also took consideration of a number of wider issues, including the development of the new National Care Standards.
