Self Directed Support website adds new resources

The Self Directed Support (SDS) web portal has been updated and new links to resources have been added since SDS legislation was introduced last year.  

The portal has been designed for all members of the health and social care workforce in Scotland to access quality assured information on self directed support.  

You can quickly access guidelines, reports, case studies and e-learning resources related to the implementation of SDS.  

Topics covered range from risk enablement to innovation in service redesign. There is also a section on sharing information to encourage the exchange of ideas to support personal outcomes.

A 30 minute guided tour of the portal is available via WebEx on the following dates:

  • 2nd February, 15.00pm                       
  • 12th February, 11.00am
  • 20th February, 14.00pm                     
  • 3rd March, 14.00pm
