IRISS launches Evidence-informed Practice Portal and Confidence Through Evidence

The Institute for Research and Innovation in Social Services (IRISS) has developed the Evidence-informed Practice Portal and the Confidence Through Evidence Toolkit to support staff in finding and using evidence to inform their practice.

The portal provides access to a range of key evidence sources, accessible evidence summaries to save people time, and updates on new research, publications, news and events.

The portal also includes the Confidence Through Evidence Toolkit, which provides guidance on the process of finding evidence and how staff can assess, adapt and apply it to practice.
