NI social workers urged to share views on fostering resilience
Social workers in Northern Ireland are being invited to take part in international research on fostering resilience which is being conducted by Jenny Bulbulia, a PhD candidate in Trinity College Dublin, Ireland.
This study aims to identify the qualities of a resilient social worker and the personal, professional and organisational supports that are required to maintain a strong professional quality of life.
It is hoped that the overall findings of the research will assist in identifying supports to foster resilience within the social work profession. Learn more about this research and participate in an online survey here: www.fostering-resilience.com
