Belfast dementia housing scheme wins top award

An east Belfast housing scheme for people with dementia has won an international award for the quality of its services.

Mullan Mews is owned by Clanmill Housing and run in partnership with the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust.

It provides specialised accommodation and support for 30 people with dementia. The scheme enables them to maintain a high level of independence.
