Ireland Introduce ASBOs For Children

Legal measures aimed at counteracting anti-social behaviour, known as ASBOs, come into force today. The orders are being brought into operation for children of at least 12 and below 18 years.The Government has said that an important feature of the new orders is that they will be used as a last resort.
