Jury Will Continue To Deliberate In Dublin Sexual Abuse Case
The jury in the trial of a north County Dublin man accused of sexually abusing his daughter over a nine year period will resume its deliberations today having been sent to a hotel for the night.
Mr Justice Barry White sent the jury of four women and eight men away after it failed to reach a verdict following over two hours of deliberations at the Central Criminal Court.
The 59-year-old man has pleaded not guilty to 26 charges alleging indecent and sexual abuse of his daughter on dates between 1985 and 1994.
