Care home manager who let staff drink during Blackpool trip keeps job
A deputy care home manager who allowed staff to drink booze when they took residents on a trip to Blackpool has been allowed to keep her job.
Anne Beck also failed to tell bosses that the police were called when a dementia sufferer went missing twice, the Nursing and Midwifery Council heard.
The nurse was also found to have not ensured that adequate supervision was in place for the patient who had gone away for the weekend without any pyjamas.
