Ludgershall fake social services women sought by police

Two women who claimed to be from social services are being sought by Wiltshire Police.

The pair called at a house in Andover Road, Ludgershall, between 1000 and 1030 BST on Monday morning.

A force spokesman said the women, thought to be in their 40s, were smartly dressed.

“Inquiries with social services found they had no knowledge of the women. Anyone with information should contact Wiltshire Police,” he added.

The first woman is described as white, in her mid 40s, 5ft 5in (1.65m) tall, of average build with silver blonde hair.

The second is said to be of a bigger build with long curly brown hair.
