RGU opens its doors to new applicants for adult nursing qualification

Robert Gordon University’s (RGU) School of Nursing and Midwifery will host an event this week for anyone with an interest in becoming an adult nurse.

The event will be an opportunity for anyone who is interested in RGU’s Adult Nursing degree to meet with academics and current students and get the information they need about the course.

It will take place on Wednesday 22 March in Room H230 in the university’s Health Building and the doors will be open from 2:30pm to 5:30pm.

Prospective students can learn more about the university and see what life would be like as a nursing student. They can expect to hear about course details, potential placements with RGU’s partners across the North of Scotland and there will also be opportunities to tour the university’s state-of-the-art facilities.

Professor Ian Murray, Head of School of Nursing and Midwifery, said: “Our staff and students always like these days and enjoy the opportunity to meet with and talk to potential future students.

“We are there to provide people with all of the information they need and can even help them navigate through the UCAS application system.
