CEHR calls on Welsh workforce feedback for equality and human rights survey

The NHS Centre for Equality and Human Rights (CEHR) is seeking your views on the way it communicates with individuals and organisations across Wales.

The CEHR is keen to further develop its communications and also find out more about what information people need about equality and human rights. As part of this, a survey has been developed which will help to shape and inform both the development of communications and future work of the Centre.

Voirrey Manson and Tracey Good, job-sharing Interim Directors of the CEHR, said: “We welcome all feedback on the work that we as a Centre produce. Engaging with our partners and also connecting with new and different individuals and organisations will provide us with a valuable insight into the impact of our work.

“It will also directly help us in shaping a communication strategy which will take into account the feedback received.

“Great communication is key to delivering a good service and to improving the experiences of patients and staff. Please take a few minutes and complete the short survey – we very much value your opinions.”

The NHS Centre for Equality and Human Rights is a strategic resource for NHS organisations in Wales helping them to build capacity and capability to ensure they are able to meet their statutory equality and human rights requirements.

It also helps ensure organisations demonstrate they are meeting the diverse needs of patients and staff when planning and delivering health services and promote learning, collaborative working and best practice on equality and human rights.

The survey will be open until July 6 2016 and can be found here: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/NHSCEHRComms
