New website to support providers on self-directed support

A new website providing guidance to social care providers on self-directed support is now live.

Providers and Personalisation has been working with providers from across Scotland to develop a national guide for support providers on self-directed support (SDS).

Funded by the Scottish Government, Support Me Support You showcases good practice case studies and highlights practical tools and resources for providers on how to make self-directed support happen for supported people in Scotland.

The website is still in development and they would welcome any videos or case studies from providers showcasing organisational or systems change for self-directed support to meet the outcomes of individuals.

A print version will be available soon, along with other formats.

Support Me, Support You is a resource for social care providers in Scotland who aspire to making their services as personalised, flexible and responsive as possible for the people they support.
